I chose this dermatologist office mainly for its convenience, and overall it’s been a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and the office runs very efficiently.
My only feedback would be for Doctor Hassler’s bedside manner. During my visits, I felt a bit rushed and not fully heard. While my concerns were minor, I still value a little more time and conversation to feel confident about my care. I recently spoke with another patient who shared a similar experience, so I thought it was worth mentioning.
That said, the office seems to have a strong focus on cosmetic dermatology, which may be perfect for some patients. I just wish there were a bit more balance with general dermatology care as well.

Took me a month to book but service was Impeccable! Everyone was great, the dr was professional and I was in and out in 20min. Props to Arron, Bryan and destiny for being wonderful people!

Dr. Hassler and her staff always exceeds my expectations. She herself is extremely thourgh and knowledgeable. She is personable and actually listens to me. The staff is always welcoming and zero waiting time. Her office is very comfortable and well maintained. The costs I incurred after insurance is nominal and appears to be in line to others. The office I visited is in the Heights which is a plus and if not definitely would make the drive across town to see Dr.Hassler. If you’re looking for a great Dermatologist… look no more !!

Initial visit went well. Staff are all nice.
Dr Hassler is very straight to the point and I am likewise as well.
I scheduled an appointment to discuss one issue but since we are both very direct, we had extra time to discuss a few other issues that bothered me as well. Parking is very convenient.

Office is clean, bright and comfortable. Staff is polite, helpful and respectful. Dr Hassled is wonderful! Listens and and treats her patients as if they were family. She is easy to talk with
which puts patients at ease. It only takes one visit to make her your Doctor for good
